If you can’t walk all of part of your journey to work you can still get involved: from lunchtime walks, to walking meetings, to uploading photos from your walks and see how your steps compare with others as well as converted to distance and calories.

Simply walk to and from work for all or some of your journey, and for any business travel during Walk to Work Week then record your mileage on the website.
