Can I use the National Express discount when buying a “Plusbus” ticket?
(Even if the discount only covers the train bit.)

Just been confirmed by NXEA: A ticket may be purchased with the Plusbus element, however that part of the ticket is not eligible for a discount.

How do you get a first class upgrade voucher if you buy an anytime return? It would appear that if you don’t choose an outward train arriving after 10:30am this won’t work and booking two singles may not be cheaper!

The telephone number for the season ticket discount does not appear to work anymore, but I got the ticket through the NXEA customer relations number (0845 600 7245, option 3 then option 2)
